At Sage, we take pride in our efforts to make our patients comfortable. For a Well Woman’s Visit, we do our best to make every woman’s experience a positive one. As part of this positive health prevention visit, you can expect the following procedures:
Breast exam and self exam education
Urine analysis – to assess the acidity and health of the urine
As part of our Well Women’s visit, we address any previous menstrual, fertility or hormonal, concerns will be addressed. If you choose to have your gynecological exam done at Sage, you can expect to be offered tea and warm slippers upon arrival. All procedures will be explained prior to any exam to ensure complete knowledge and consent. A mirror is available to all patients so that they may view any procedures and maintain control throughout the visit. At Sage, we use cotton sheets and gowns, not scratchy paper, heat our rooms to a comfortable temperature and ensure a thorough exam. We take the time to provide our patients with the maximum comfort possible.
