On hot summer days, many of us reach for ice cream or popsicles to cool down. Our featured recipes provide healthy alternatives to these commercially available treats. They are dairy-free, made of “real” food ingredients without any artificial colours or flavours. Instead of table sugar, they are sweetened with fruits and Medjool dates. And the best part is, that the preparation of these delicious popsicles does not require much time! So get your blender and popsicle tray ready and let’s get to work!
